Tex India Group, founded in 1998 by Mr. Mayur Garg is a reputed distribution and retail house in Northern India of the finest International and National apparel brands. With an aim to distribute and retail international fashion brands in North India, Tex India Group has had a remarkable journey so far. Today, it’s proud to have a strong dealer network with over 300 retailers in 40 cities and 42 retail stores in North India.

Tex India Group is a part of the prestigious “Distributors India Group”. With an annual turnover of over 3000 Crores, Distributors India Group is one of the largest distribution and logistics house of pharmaceuticals and FMCG products in India with their setups in Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Dehradun and Bangalore.

Tex India Group offers premium apparel collection from luxury brands like Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, CK Jeans, CK Innerwear, CK White label, Peter England, French Connection UK, Tommy Hilfiger, Allen Solly, Planet Fashion, Aurelia and W.

Tex India Group essentially comprises of 4 entities:

1. TEX INDIA RETAIL HOLDINGS (TIRH) – Established in 2007, this is the distribution unit of Tex India Group and supplies branded products to 50+ franchisee stores and 250+ multi brand stores in Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. At present, TIRH has a working staff of 50 and operates from capacious warehouses in Lucknow, Ghaziabad and Dehradun.
2. TEX INDIA DISTRIBUTORS (TID) - Established in 1998, this is the wholesale division of Tex India Group and distributes ABFRL brands like Van Heusen, Louis Philippe and Allen Solly in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The dealer network constitutes of more than 100 Multi brand outlets and 30 exclusive franchisees.
3. TEX LIFESTYLE RETAIL PVT. LTD. (TLRPL) – Established in 2014, this is the retail unit of Tex India Group and comprises of 18 exclusive brand stores of various multinational brands having stores in the best Malls and high streets of Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Noida and New Delhi.
4. TEX INDIA LIFESTYLE RETAIL (TILR) – Established in 2010, the TIRL has 24 exclusive brand stores of Tex India Group in Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. These stores retail both national and international brands, the store size range from 1000sqft to 5000sqft

TLRPL owns the Master Franchisee for Calvin Klein in Delhi NCR. With the current total employee strength of 350, both the firms in the retail division are operating from their 42 stores in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand and feel proud to be the undisputed apparel retailers in Northern India.

With the in-depth knowledge of selling lifestyle brands and over 20 years of proven track record, Tex India Group is planning exponential expansion under the guidance of Mr. Mayur Garg. Tex India Group aims to open new stores in far distant cities of India to reach a wider section of consumers with even more brands!

About The Founder

Mr. Mayur Garg, the founding partner of the USD 15 million Tex India Group is an MBA graduate from the European University, Antwerp, Belgium and has over 20 years of industry experience.

He has always been passionate about the retail industry and lifestyle brands since his early days and this led to the foundation of Tex India Group in 1998. His father, Mr. Arun Kumar Garg, the founding partner of Distributor India Group has been his true inspiration.

Currently, Mayur Garg is also the Director and Chairman of Board for the USD 10 Million firm - Origins Advertising Group (www.origins.co.in) and the founding partner of Shaktishi (www.shaktishi.com)
